Join me for the annual ‘Bija’ retreat as I return to Sri Lanka in a nature haven boutique hotel located in the heart of the Rainforest.
Our theme "Elemental Roots" invites you to explore the balance between grounding, connecting and awakening yourself and your senses deeply in the present through the mediums of nature, Kriya yoga and sound alchemy, to reach a light and more expansive state of being.
With two experienced facilitators holding the container. It is here that we will guide you through transformative evolutionary morning practices, honouring nature, remembering and reconnecting, and soul-FULL evenings, with restorative somatic practices and workshops to delve deeper into the teachings.
A heart-led 4 nights and 5 day retreat shared with others, embodying the teachings of Kriya yoga both on and off the mat, so we can cultivate the tools to use them and move through our world from a centered space in peace and unity.
